I can't wake up early enough to do it all in the morning but I need a little cardio jump start to get my day going!
Great post - this was inspiring and got me to the gym last night for cardio (OK GO Master the Treadmill! - Thanks so much for this recommendation!) when I considered not going :)NYCPeachhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10987819109789651273noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1355946412316593381.post-48435351720938784832008-04-07T03:05:00.000-11:002008-04-07T03:05:00.000-11:00Hi Marissa,It is a bit time consuming. However, this week I was always squeezing mini 25-30 minute workouts in with no time to stay longer. Two things cut down on time, if I do a dvd at home, I can hop right in the shower before work or bed. Second, I work two blocks from my gym, so transit time is 3 minutes.

Bascially I was shooting to get around an hour of cardio in each day and experiementing a bit with the theory that workout out twice a day for shorter lengths raises your metabolism more than one prolonged workout.Melissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16265664103349060472noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1355946412316593381.post-23482237938867424752008-04-06T06:14:00.000-11:002008-04-06T06:14:00.000-11:00Wow impressive! I find it so time consuming to do even once a day!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
